About Me
I would not be where I am today without faith in a Higher Power, a loving community of friends, family, and healers. I've struggled with life, and it has taken a lot of work to build up the tools that have helped me navigate the ups and downs of living with some grace. About 8 years ago, I was introduced to drum circles with friends. What an experience to be part of something so magical. Drumming showed me the healing power of music and community.
A year ago, while listening to music, I was inspired to start painting, and it has deepened my ability to playfully express my feelings through the mixing and blending of colors and textures. Painting allowed me to experience relief from anger, frustration, fear, and anxiety. But most of all I found pure Joy! On August 8th, as I listened to a playlist, in my imagination, I envisioned people gathered around, listening to the celestial sounds of crystal bowls, and painting whatever inspired them. It became more than a thought; it became my passion.
The support from everyone leaves me feeling overwhelmed with gratitude.
Peace to you,
Sara

While listening to the peaceful sound of crystal bowls, let the artist in you find its voice using acrylics or watercolors. Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected and take home a piece of inspired art. My intention for Sound Healing Art Creations is to provide a fun, healing experience for the community. I feel very vulnerable putting myself out there, yet I’m so grateful for this journey. What I'm discovering in following my passion is “don’t give up and reach out”. My hope for you is that you have fun and the freedom to express yourself in a relaxing environment through the mystical sounds of the crystal bowls and the magic of paint.
